As the premiere Scouting America Troop in downtown State College, we are pleased to have members from all over Centre County, PA. Our troop, Scouting America Troop 31 meets 50 out of 52 Tuesdays each year at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 250 E College Ave, State College, PA 16801 (see map below).

Troops 31 hosts many camping, service and other events each year.  We also focus on the development of leadership and life skills for all of our Scouts.

Troop 31 is part of the Nittany Mountain District within the Juniata Valley Council of Scouting America.  We have been a chartered troop for over 110 years, and we are very pleased to have State College/Downtown Rotary Club as our chartering organization!
