Eagle Scouts

Eagle Scout is the highest rank in Scouting America and an honor that every Scout works towards. In order to earn this prestigious award, Scouts must complete 13 required merit badges along with 8 more of their choice, take on a leadership position in their troop, and complete the famous Eagle Scout service project to benefit their community. Recent Eagle Scout: Cecilia S.

Cecilia achieved the rank of Eagle Scout on February 4, 2026. As of April’s Court of Honor, she has earned 41 merit badges, totaling to 3 Eagle palms. Cecilia has served as Senior Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, and Quartermaster of Troop 31. Her service project was building and installing a set of kiosks at Shaver’s Creek Environmental Center to allow staff to display notices.

Eagle Scouts in 31B were assigned sequence numbers continuing from the existing list, while 31G Eagle Scouts restarted the sequence count. With the establishment of Troop 31F (the new, unified troop) in 2026, the sequence was continued from 31B.
